Kids Summer Art Camp with Amy Nack 2016
A Free Camp for Children with Special Needs (non-disabled children also welcomed)
July 11th - July 14th. Classes are from 9:30AM - 12:00PM. Ages 5-18.
- $25 non-refundable art supply fee. Contact Heather@ipulidaho.org if you need the fee waived
- You will be prompted to pay after completion of this form via paypal, or you can bring cash or a check to the camp
- Children who require additional assistance must attend with a parent or support provider
- Please bring a water bottle and an art smock or have student dress in clothing that can get paint/marked on
