As you all are aware, the Department of Health and Welfare (DHW) discontinued their Case Management contract with Easter Seals Goodwill in August. DHW has chosen to contract with Case Managers directly, instead of having Easter Seals Goodwill be the Case Manager agency. We now know who those contract Case Managers are. They have already begun contacting agencies and families regarding specific children, so you very soon will be hearing from your child's new Case Manager!
